ABOUT WOMENEXECS
ON BOARDS
WomenExecs on Boards (WEoB) is a global network of courageous women who are breaking barriers, advancing our knowledge, and supporting each other on our board journeys. All our members are past participants of one of the Harvard Business School Executive Education programmes: Women on Boards, Succeeding as a Corporate Director, or the Corporate Director Certificate Programme.
WEoB’s mission is to improve gender diversity and equality in the boardroom and to uphold the highest standards of corporate governance to improve performance and maximise value creation. As a non-profit, we position our members to serve and succeed on corporate boards through structured networking, peer support and board-relevant education. Around half of our 300+ global members are currently serving on corporate boards.
