Olga Pascault
Olga Pascault
Co-founder, Chair

Olga is an experienced NED, Trustee and Chair. Until recently she has been on the boards of such organisations as AsakaBank Uzbekistan and SPB Stock Exchange. She is a Board Member at NESsT, a charitable organisation that supports high-impact social enterprises in developing countries.

Throughout her 20+ year executive career in FTSE 100 and EURONEXT 100 banks and investment companies, Olga has managed global teams focusing on financial analysis, investment strategy and ESG across global Emerging Markets.

Helen Haykin
Helena Haykin
Co-founder

Helena is an experienced NED in leading EM Corporations such as Nayara Energy and others. Helena is a Partner at Digital Horizon Venture Capital Fund where she is in charge of the implementation of impact investment approach and strategy.

Previously, Helena was a Partner at UCP Investment Group and has 14 years of legal experience at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Clifford Chance.

Gregorio Saichin
Gregorio Saichin
Co-founder, CEO

Gregorio Saichin is a veteran EM investor with a career spanning more than thirty years in banking, capital markets and asset management.

 

He has developed and led two Emerging Markets franchises at Pioneer investments (now part of Amundi AM) and Allianz Global Investors between 2000-2018. Since mid-2018 his interest has focused on sustainable finance and the path of emerging markets countries in this new development paradigm, advising family offices and institutional investors.

Reema Desai
Reema Desai
Co-founder

Reema is an experienced business strategy and growth oriented professional with 20+ years in client engagement, product marketing and sustainable finance. Reema spent 15 years on the buy-side, leading client-facing activities across emerging market, multi-asset and alternative investments for Amundi.

 

Reema is an Independent Member of the Finance and Investment Committee at The Blagrave Trust, which supports youth development in the underserved parts of the UK. She has also served as a Trustee in Henna, promoting social inclusion and empowerment among Asian women in London.
