The event will be moderated by Impact Board EM's Co-Founder, Olga Pascault, who will be joined Cleopatra Kitti. Cleopatra Kitti is a certified independent director and board member with over 30 years’ experience as a trusted advisor to corporations, governments and international organisations across EMEA, the US and the UK. Her expertise is particularly strong in the energy and financial services sectors, where she has guided companies on governance, sustainability, strategy and geoeconomics risk, and she has a proven track record of helping clients enter new markets, facilitate license to operate and manage complex regulatory landscapes.

An INSEAD-certified director, Cleopatra brings deep technical expertise in board operations, complemented by her hands-on experience in highly regulated environments. She leverages real-time data and advanced forecasting tools to inform her decision-making and is known for her ability to challenge conventional thinking, ensuring rigorous financial oversight and strategic alignment in her non-executive roles.
