Dr. Nashwa (Joy) Saleh, CDir

Chartered Director, Independent Non-Executive Director & Fellow, Institute of Directors

Nashwa is a strategic thought leader, senior policy advisor, Chartered Director, educator, board member and published author, internationally recognised by the prestigious Innovate Finance UK Women in Fintech Powerlist 2022 and 2023 in the UK as an industry leader and in the EMEA region. She is also recognised as a top 100 influential financial industry expert (men and women).

In 2025, she was appointed to the Board of the Arab Bankers Association and as an Ambassador to the Global Women in AI (GWAI), launched by CFTE, a global leader in Fintech education and upskilling for industry and policy makers.

As an educator, Dr. Saleh is a FHEA, Associate Professor of Fintech at Kingston Business School in London, helping found the inaugural MSc Fintech and KBS Fintech Hub Host and acts as a Knowledge Exchange Champion. She has held several senior affiliations previously with IE Madrid, Cranfield University, ESCP Europe, De Montfort University, Cambridge University and The American University in Cairo.

Natasha Braginsky Mounier

Non Executive Director – Label Vie & Aradei Capital

Natasha Braginsky Mounier serves on the boards of Label Vie and Aradei Capital in Casablanca, Morocco and is actively involved as a co-chair of the Girls Are INvestors (GAIN) charity in London. She has previously chaired the board of a Nasdaq listed technology company.

Natasha has 25 years of experience in equity market investing, offering deep expertise on fundamental valuations, capital allocation, corporate governance, and active stewardship. She is a retired partner from Capital Group, where she spent nearly two decades as an equity analyst, portfolio manager, and ESG Investment Director. Her career started in New York at The Blackstone Group and  J.P. Morgan, and she was also a portfolio manager at Credit Agricole Asset Management in Paris.

Natasha studied international relations at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. She holds the CFA UK ESG certificate and completing the Harvard Corporate Directors Program.

Khaoula Ramdi

Managing Partner – Atlas Capital Private Equity

Board Member - Club des Femmes Administrateurs (CFA) Maroc

Khaoula Ramdi is the Co-founder & Managing Partner of Atlas Capital Private Equity, an independent general partner based in Morrocco. Before joining Atlas Capital in 2025, she was the CEO of Upline Investments (Banque Centrale Populaire Affiliate).

Khaoula has diverse experience in private equity in Morocco, as well as internationally with impact investors Sarona (Canada) and Investisseurs & Partenaires (France). She started her career at Arthur Andersen/E&Y (Paris) in Audit and Transaction Services.

Khaola is also a board member of CFA Maroc (Club des Femmes Administrateurs/Women club of board members).
