Arjun Erry

Arjun has over 18 years of retained search and advisory experience and, previously, 15 years of MNC general-management experience. He leads the firm’s board practice and the non-executive director training programme. From a sectoral standpoint, he leads several regional practices including Investment Management and Insurance. He also co-leads the Information Technology and BPO practices. He has led numerous complex appointments to boards of directors – including board chairs, CEO/C-suite appointments and board/director training.

Before co-founding Hunt Partners, Arjun was Country Head (Sales – South Asia) at SAS Institute Inc. – a leading provider of Business Intelligence solutions. During his tenure, the company achieved a leadership position in the BI market. Arjun was also the Country Manager (South Asia) for QAD – a leading provider of ERP solutions; here he catapulted the company to second in the league tables. Arjun also worked with I-flex (now Oracle) and Digital Equipment Corp. He started his career with AT&T in Morristown, New Jersey.

Arjun schooled at The Cathedral & John Connon School in Mumbai, and received a degree in Computer Science and Business, from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey.

Rajat is the Chair at Fino Bank, Independent Director at Vodafone Idea, Mahindra Holidays, EMA Partners India and Founder of PadUp Ventures.

Rajat brings 30+ years of experience across diverse sectors to actively mentor and advise companies across industries to enhance business outcomes, mentor and coach leadership teams to enhance performance, and actively support and engage with the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem in India. He was also Managing Director of Xerox India and Walt Disney India, where he was responsible to build and grow the respective brands in the sub-continent region.

Rajat is passionate about fostering economic growth in India's dynamic landscape. He specialises in partnering with, incubating and investing in technology startups. As the Founder of PadUp Ventures, a knowledge and mentoring platform, Rajat's vision is to positively impact over 1,000 startups by 2030. He is actively leveraging his industry network and multi-sector expertise, with a goal to add exponential strategic value to companies and their leadership teams across sectors, geographies and market segments.
