About the speakers:


Dr. Jerzy Kalinowski specialises in management, business strategies, building enterprise value, digital transformation innovation and use of digital technologies in the economy. He is an experienced member of supervisory boards (he was among others a supervisory board’s member of: Warsaw Stock Exchange SA, Demoboost Sp. z o.o., Optimus SA, AMG.net SA, Onet.pl SA, Optimus Lockheed Martin ITG SA, Optimus Real Estate SA, PAGI SA). Jerzy was a partner in the Management Consulting department of the international consulting firm KPMG for more than a dozen years, where he was acting as head of strategic and operational consulting in the Eastern and Central Europe region.

Andrzej Maciejewski is a member of Spencer Stuart's Financial Services, Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices. He is also responsible for the firm’s Private Equity Practice in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Andrzej works across industries and functions, focusing on CEO and board director assignments. He has a deep interest in contemporary corporate governance issues, applying his expertise in the area to the development of articles and studies on governance within the CEE region, highlighting market trends and sharing best practices with local business community.

Filip Gorczyca is a Management Board Member at the Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors. He represents the Association at the Board of ecoDa, an umbrella organisation comprising the main national institutes of directors in Europe, among others acting as Chairman of ecoDa’s Working Group on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises. He is also a Member of The Advisory Group to The Investor and Other Stakeholders Working Group at The International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators.
