Alexander Picker is by education a lawyer and a philologist, speaking 10 languages. He has a 34 years banking experience, mostly as Management Board member and CEO of banks in Austria, Russia, Poland, Slovenia, BiH, Kazakhstan and Serbia. Additionally he served at Supervisory Boards in Italy, Croatia, Montenegro, BiH, Russia, Kyrgystan and Tajikistan. As a consultant he also worked in Germany, Ukraine, Poland and Uzbekistan also in the area of Tech- and Block-chain enterprises. Currently he chairs the Supervisory Board of Ipoteka Bank in Uzbekistan, whose privatization was recently signed, and he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Golomt Bank in Mongolia. He also advises Moldindconbank in Moldova.

David is the Managing Director of Nestor Advisors, the Morrow Sodali company focusing on governance, board effectiveness and organizational design. David has been advising with Nestor Advisors since 2003 and is their UN Global Compact ambassador. He has gained extensive ESG experience in developed and emerging markets, performing governance and board effectiveness reviews, policy advice and research for banks, listed and/or family-controlled companies, private equity firms, state-owned companies, governments, central banks, international organisations and market supervisors. David regularly lectures at the London Stock Exchange and various Institutes of Directors and he is a member of the OECD MENA Corporate Governance Working Group. Before joining Nestor Advisors in 2003, David established and managed the Economic Studies Department of RSM Salustro Reydel (now KPMG) for the CEE region. David was a board member of private companies and trustee for an international not-for-profit organisation. David holds a post-graduate diploma in Banking, Finance and International Economics, with Honours magna cum laude from EM Lyon and University Lumière of Lyon. He holds a Certificate in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors and from the London Business School on managing companies of the future.

Mr. Cunha is an independent director, having served on boards of listed companies since 1999. He is presently serving on the board of three listed companies in Brazil: Vale (Chair of the Governance, Remuneration and People Committee, member of the Sustainability Committee), Klabin, and brMalls (Chair of Audit Committee). Previous engagements include services as Chairman of the Board of Caixa Economica Federal (2019-2020) (the largest Brazilian bank in number of clients), being the first independent director elected by investors at Petrobras (2013-2015), serving as a director of Totvs (2016-2022), the largest IT company in Brazil, and Eletrobras (2018-2021), one of the largest clean energy companies in the world, among others. He has served on the board of 3 NYSE-listed companies. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of IBGC (2007-2009) - one of the largest corporate governance institutes in the world. Mr. Cunha was the CEO of the Associação de Investidores no Mercado de Capitais - AMEC (“the Capital Markets Investors’ Association”). In the that capacity, he led an organization of 60 institutional investors with app. USD 150 billion under management in Brazilian equities, aiming to improve capital markets and shareholder rights. In 2017, AMEC received the Excellence in Corporate Governance Award, granted by the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN). He has been a leader in advocacy and influencing policy making related to capital markets and corporate governance in Latin America. Before Amec, he worked for 27 years in several asset management companies, such as Opus, Mauá, Bradesco Templeton, Investidor Profissional, Banco Pactual, Morgan Stanley Asset Management and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, among others. Mr. Cunha also acts as a consultant and lecturer in corporate governance.

Brendan leads Moody’s corporate governance analysis efforts globally as part of the ESG team. He plays a leading role in designing and implementing non-credit rating assessments and was responsible for the worldwide release of the Moody’s Governance Assessment Framework in 2019. He heads the company’s governance research efforts and plays an important role in integrating governance and other ESG considerations into credit analysis at both a sector and issuer-specific level. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and an MBA from Durham University Business School.

Fedor is a principal consultant in the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and part of the firm’s energy, resources and infrastructure team. Fedor has more than 20 years of experience in advising private and public clients on infrastructure deals in a variety of sectors, including in energy, transport and social infrastructure. Fedor’s experience includes working on a wide range of greenfield and brownfield projects for governments, sponsors and lenders, in particular on the basis of PPPs and with the involvement of project finance. Fedor has been advising on many of the largest and pathfinder deals in emerging markets, including in CEE/CIS, MENA and Asia. Fedor has a wealth of experience in dealing with ESG-related matters as part of major projects.
